Podatke koristimo za odgovor na upit, izradu ponude, dogovor termina, izvršenje usluge, komunikaciju s vama, rješavanje reklamacija, izdavanje računa, vođenje poslovne dokumentacije i ispunjavanje zakonskih obveza.
Kontaktni obrazac i FormSubmit
Obrazac šalje Vaše ime, broj telefona, upit te lokaciju i e-mail ako ih unesete, putem usluge FormSubmit (Devro LABS) na info@cool-klima-connect.hr. Telefon je obvezan radi dogovora i razjašnjenja upita; e-mail nije obvezan. Zahtjev se šalje šifriranom HTTPS vezom tek kada odaberete slanje. Podaci iz obrasca ne šalju se Google Adsu kao dio mjerenja konverzija.
FormSubmit je vanjski pružatelj usluge prijenosa poruka, koji pri obradi prima sadržaj upita i tehničke podatke zahtjeva. Prema njegovoj dokumentaciji zapisi upita čuvaju se 30 dana. Po primitku poruke čuvamo je u svom e-mail sustavu prema svrsi obrade i dolje navedenim rokovima. Ne šaljite osjetljive osobne podatke koji nisu potrebni za ponudu.

Analitika i marketing
Google Ads oznaka koristi se samo nakon Vaše privole za marketing. Služi mjerenju učinka oglašavanja i interakcija poput klika na telefon, e-mail ili WhatsApp. Google može obrađivati mrežne identifikatore, podatke o uređaju i događajima na stranici te pohraniti marketinške kolačiće. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel i Cloudflare Web Analytics u ovoj verziji nisu aktivirani. Privolu možete promijeniti ili povući putem postavki kolačića. Primatelji podataka
Podaci se mogu obrađivati preko pružatelja tehničkih usluga kao što su web hosting, e-mail sustav, komunikacijski alati i računovodstvena podrška, samo u mjeri potrebnoj za pružanje usluge i poslovanje.
Rok čuvanja
Upiti i komunikacija čuvaju se onoliko dugo koliko je potrebno za obradu upita i eventualnu kasniju komunikaciju. Računovodstvena i poslovna dokumentacija čuva se prema važećim zakonskim rokovima.

Kontaktformular und FormSubmit
Das Formular sendet Ihren Namen, Ihre Telefonnummer, Ihre Anfrage sowie gegebenenfalls den angegebenen Standort und die E-Mail-Adresse über FormSubmit (Devro LABS) an info@cool-klima-connect.hr. Die Telefonnummer ist für Rückfragen und die Abstimmung erforderlich; die E-Mail-Adresse ist freiwillig. Die Übermittlung erfolgt über eine verschlüsselte HTTPS-Verbindung erst nach dem Absenden. Formulardaten werden bei der Messung von Conversions nicht an Google Ads übermittelt.
FormSubmit ist ein externer Anbieter für die Nachrichtenübermittlung und erhält bei der Verarbeitung den Inhalt der Anfrage und technische Anfragedaten. Laut seiner Dokumentation werden Anfragen 30 Tage gespeichert. Nach Eingang speichern wir die Nachricht in unserem E-Mail-System entsprechend dem Verarbeitungszweck und den nachstehend genannten Fristen. Bitte übermitteln Sie keine sensiblen personenbezogenen Daten, die für das Angebot nicht erforderlich sind.

Speicherdauer

Purposes of processing
We use data to respond to inquiries, prepare offers, arrange appointments, provide services, communicate with you, handle complaints, issue invoices, keep business records and comply with legal obligations.
Contact form and FormSubmit
The form sends your name, phone number, enquiry and any location or email address you enter through FormSubmit (Devro LABS) to info@cool-klima-connect.hr. Your phone number is required for follow-up questions and arrangements; your email is optional. The request is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection only when you submit it. Form contents are not sent to Google Ads as part of conversion measurement.
FormSubmit is an external messaging provider that receives the enquiry contents and technical request data when processing the submission. Its documentation states that submission records are retained for 30 days. Once received, the message is stored in our email system according to the processing purpose and the retention periods described below. Please do not submit sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for a quote.

Analytics and marketing
The Google Ads tag loads only after you consent to marketing. It measures advertising performance and interactions such as clicks on phone, email or WhatsApp links.
